What I love about my job: I love that I am on this life-changing journey with my clients of getting into their dream school – from brainstorming personal stories, analyzing application strategies to finally celebrating wins!). All the while I get to know more about myself as well, making it an introspective journey every single time.
Progya is a current student at University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and did her undergraduate in Industrial Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore. Progya spent four years across multiple legs of the supply chain in GE Healthcare where she loved how she had the opportunity of working with a wide range of people and teams – from managing factory employees to presenting to C-Suite regularly. This ability to seamlessly lead teams/projects of various breadth, along with her sharp analytical skills and adaptability allowed her to have a global responsibility at a very young age. She has been a champion for Women’s Network and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), two of GE’s most important initiatives.
Outside of work Progya loves to travel, finds cooking and baking therapeutic, and swears that dancing (having been trained for 8 years) is the best way to start and end a day.
