Yes packages can be split between rounds as long as they are within the same application year.

We do not refund or roll-over packages once service has commenced. In case of extenuating circumstances, we are happy to discuss and make exceptions.

Refunds are subject to a minimum INR 15,000 administration fee, plus the cost of any services delivered. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 – 15 working days.

We require full upfront payment of services via Bank Transfer.

In our opinion, MBA admissions consulting is the wrong place to look for a deal. We compete on the basis of service, not price, and never discount our core admissions consulting packages or hours—ever. You will set up calls or Zoom sessions for brainstorming and review of applicaton materials . We will also invite you to our online collaboration drive, to exchange documents drafts.

Absolutely not. Under no circumstances will we ever write any part of a candidate’s application. In addition to obviously being unethical, acting as ghostwriters for our clients would be doing them a grave disservice. The MBA admissions committees want to hear what you have to say—not what we have to say for you. Our services are meant to hone and showcase your voice in every part of your application.

We will provide comments on draft letters of recommendations and share suggestions for improvement. We will not draft or write any part of the letter of recommendation you submit as part of your application to schools because it violates our and business schools’ code of ethics.

Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Indian Standard Time) and Saturday (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Indian Standard Time). During the thick of the application season - August 15 to October 15, December 15 to January 15 we work Sunday (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Indian Standard Time) to support our aspirants.

Our package services are best for candidates who have committed themselves wholeheartedly to the MBA application process. Package clients benefit from no limitations on the time spent brainstorming for essay ideas, on the number of essay or resume revisions allowed.

Hourly services are a great option for applicants who need help with discrete tasks rather than their overall application. For example, perhaps you feel your essays are strong but are unsure of how to assemble a compelling resume to accompany them. Maybe you have been invited to interview and could benefit from some practice and feedback beforehand. Perhaps just one essay is giving you trouble, so you feel you only need assistance with it.

We always return client files within two business days, though we frequently strive to do so even faster. Our two-business-day turnaround service is guaranteed, and if you find yourself truly tight on time, expedited service is available for an additional fee. We typically respond to simple emails on the same workday they are received.
